PFT MCF 3-45 Feed Mixer and Distributor for Effective Feed Processing

Mixer-fodder dispenser "PFT MCF 3-45" with a volume of 45 m, is designed for fast and efficient grinding of feed ingredients, including rolled and pressed forage, as well as their thorough mixing among themselves and with various feed additives. Made of low-alloy steel with floor thickness - 20 mm, walls - 8 mm. Equipment: stainless steel protective apron; 3 augers of "TAIFUN" type with 36 zones of turbulence; 42 knives with tungsten carbide cladding.

Line of driveshafts between planetary gears and gearbox. Wide-angle PTO shaft from gearbox to tractor PTO for turning at sharp angles. Hydraulic feed conveyor with magnetic separator.

Automatic lubrication station for planetary gearbox support bearings. Rubber edging (h-20 cm). Planetary gears (3 pcs.) Tridem axle with 6 springs and 2 thrusters with centralised lubrication system.
