Passenger Train Exterior Surface Treatment Equipment Complex VMC-Ena for Effective Cleaning and Drying

VMK-Ena complexes are designed for treatment (washing, rinsing, drying) of external surfaces of passenger cars of suburban electric trains before their repair and/or painting. The operations of applying cleaning solutions, high pressure washing, rinsing and, if necessary, drying are performed manually. In order to comply with the norms of water consumption and water disposal, as well as to save water, the complex includes a system of recycling water supply and water treatment. They are used for manual washing of passenger cars. During the operation of such complexes there are washing operators who consistently perform the following operations: <ul> <li>- application of the washing solution;</li> <li>washing with the help of high-pressure apparatus;</li> <li>rinsing;</li> <li>drying (if necessary).</li> </ul>The VMK-Ena complex includes mobile trestles that simplify the performance of manual rewashing operations.
