Passenger non-coupee wagon, model 61-4516.06. NVTB.661214.003 TU. Passenger non-stack car with service compartment, conductors compartment. It is intended for carriages of passengers and service personnel on electrified and non-electrified sections of Russian, CIS and Baltic railways of 1520 gauge.
