PASCAN Rescue and Evacuation Safety Gear Set for Safe Descent

SAPSAN PPE kit for rescue and evacuation systems is designed for uniform descent at a constant speed of up to 2 m/s. Descent is possible both independently and with the help of a second person (rescuer). It is a part of rescue and evacuation systems according to the order of the Ministry of Labour of Russia "On Approval of the Rules of Labour Protection at Work at Height". The lifting mechanism allows to lift the evacuee from a low position to a higher one. It is used during rescue and evacuation works at enterprises when a worker is dislodged and hangs up. It is allowed to make the descent of the victim with a companion.
