Paint Application Equipment and Spray Booths for Efficient Coating Processes

The paint and drying chamber (PDC) is a hermetically sealed cabin, in which the application of paint and varnish coating (varnish coating) on pre-prepared surfaces is carried out. The following processes are provided in the OSC: <ul> <li>- Supply of air purified from atmospheric aerosols and dust to the work area;</li> <li>Pollen removal from the work area.</li> <li>Provision of requirements to the technological process (temperature during colouring and drying, relative air humidity)</li> <li>Preventing the spread of harmful substances (pollen, vapours of flammable liquids) in the workshop space.</li> <li>Environmental protection, capture of pollutants generated during operation</li> <li>Ensuring the safety of work through the inclusion of passive and active protections in the design of the chamber</li> </ul>
