PURPOSED for suturing of lung tissue, lung vessel block, stomach stumps, intestines and other organs.
PRINCIPLE OF ACTION suturing is that the sutured organ is placed between the working parts of the device, squeezed to the gap piercing and pierced by metal U-shaped staples, whose legs, falling into the wells of the matrix, bent in the form of the letter B. A hermetic two-row chess suture is formed.
APPLICATION of the suturing device accelerates and significantly simplifies the operation (compared to manual method), reduces postoperative complications. The presence of blocking devices guarantees the necessary sequence of actions of the surgeon, excluding the possibility of piercing the organ outside the zone of normal operation of the suturing machine.
