OPV-2000 Trailer-Mounted Fan Sprayer for Effective Crop Protection

The OPV-2000 sprayer is designed for chemical protection of high-growing perennial plantings in orchards, as well as for treatment of vineyards and berries from pests and diseases by surface spraying with the use of directed air flow. The sprayer can work with all pesticides authorised for use in agriculture in the form of solutions, emulsions and suspensions.

The sprayer consists of frame, main tank for working liquid, additional tank for system flushing, pump, pressure regulator with pressure gauge and tower-type fan group. The pump and fan are driven from the tractor PTO through a cardan shaft at a speed not exceeding 540 rpm. The pump has a through shaft, on one side of which a PTO shaft from the tractor PTO is installed, and on the other side - a PTO shaft of the fan drive, passing through the main tank. The working fluid filtration system is three-stage.
