Description
WINGSBEE is the first Russian separator with automatic separation of materials by shape, colour, composition in VIS and NIR-bands. The separator is designed for sorting both coarse 3D fractions and crushed raw materials. A system of fast-acting valves and specialised software allows the material to be sorted with 90% accuracy. A standard size range and unique design solutions allow WINGSBEE to be used in various industrial applications, such as the handling of MSW. The WINGSBEE separator recognises 7 types of plastics, waste paper, wood, glass, rubber, aluminium, iron and chlorinated materials for RDF fuel production.
