Optical honeycomb board, 1200 x 2000 x 200, part

The honeycomb optical cooker is an ideal working platform for vibration-sensitive devices such as microscopes, scales, interferometers and similar devices. The top surface of the 5mm thick magnetic stainless steel honeycomb optical plates has a grid of M6 holes with 25±0.1mm spacing for mounting with a high level of accuracy and repeatability of optical circuit components. The top surface is ground to ensure a high level of flatness.

The bottom surface is coated with a durable decorative coating. The honeycomb filling is made of 0.5 mm thick aluminium corrugated tape. Due to its structure, each honeycomb fibre optic board meets the high requirements for rigidity, flatness, vibration isolation and damping.

The plate or table top used in conjunction with the vibration baffle constitutes an optical table. The plate can be manufactured in any size on customer request.
