Optical Fiber Cable for Suspension - OKT-T for Communication Lines

Small-size optical cable on the basis of the central tube is used for suspension on the supports of communication lines, lighting poles, contact network of transport, between buildings and structures, inside buildings, for laying in protective plastic pipes. The optical cable contains a core in the form of a central tube, inside which up to 48 single-mode or multimode optical fibres are located. The inner space of the tube is filled with a hydrophobic compound or other water blocking material along its entire length. The core may be overlaid with a web of aramid or glass fibres. The support member may be made of fibreglass rod, steel wire or steel cable. A polymer sheath made of polyethylene or polymer compound, not spreading combustion single or group laying is overlaid over the core and the supporting element.
