Description
The optical communication cable KOS-OKB-T is intended for use on the unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation. The trunk armoured single-module cable is used for laying in soils of all groups, except those subject to permafrost deformations, cable ducts, collectors and tunnels, pipes, blocks, mines, over bridges and trestles, through swamps up to 2 m deep and non-flowing rivers. The optical module with fibre produced in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union member states is protected by an armoured coating of steel wires. The outer sheath is made of polyethylene resistant to UV radiation.
