Oil-Water Separator PROTOK for Effective Wastewater Treatment

Oil and oil separator is designed to remove oils and petroleum products from wastewater. The incoming water is passed through coalescent modules, which contribute to the enlargement of oil product particles and accelerate their surfacing. The oil accumulated on the water surface is pumped out through a technical well.

Coalescent modules are removed from the oil/gas separator and washed with water jet at least once in 6 months. After the oil/gas separator the degree of purification can be up to 5 mg/l for suspended solids and up to 0.3 mg/l for oil products. The casing is manufactured according to TU 28.29.12-003-55212321-2021.

The design is intended for both underground and above-ground placement.
