Oil-injected screw compressor VKM

Screw oil-filled air compressors of VKM series are produced with direct drive (capacity up to 74,2 m3/min.) and belt drive (capacity from 0,85 to 1,1 m3/min.). Power - from 5.5 to 400 kW. Pressure 3-40 bar.

Compressor units are manufactured according to German technology. At the customer's request, it is possible to install the original German compressor unit. They are produced in two energy efficiency classes: EEI1 - 1st energy efficiency index, the most efficient models (increased performance), EEI2 - 2nd energy efficiency index, standard models.

EEI 1 energy efficiency index is approved by GB19153-2009 standard, energy consumption according to this standard is 10-15% less than that of equipment according to EEI 2 standards. The compressors use electronics, pressure sensors and bearings of the best world manufacturers, rotors are made of the best grades of steel.
