G4-HPN non-electric baking oven

1. The oven is designed for baking bread from wheat flour, bakery and confectionery products. The oven is designed for use in bakeries and other food industry enterprises.
2. The oven consists of a baking chamber, furnace device with a burner, a system of gas ducts for the distribution of heating gases to the cases, return gas duct with a recirculation fan, doors of the baking chamber, drive station, mesh tray with a return channel, the system of extraction of vapours from the baking chamber, tension station, vapour moistening system, frame, electrical equipment, cladding and thermal insulation.
The oven drive is equipped with a frequency regulator, which allows to adjust the speed of movement of the mesh oven feed within the range from 10 to 30 min. of baking time.
