Non-Destructive Testing System "SURA CT" for X-Ray and CT Applications

The tomographic system "SURA CT" is designed for X-ray fluoroscopy and computed tomography of small and medium-sized products in the conditions of factory laboratories using X-ray apparatus with voltage from 160 to 450 kV. The system allows detecting internal defects and obtaining 3D models of controlled objects. During the examination, the object makes a full revolution, during which 360, 720 or 1440 images are captured.

Tomographic scanning software processes the images and, adding layer after layer, simulates a 3D image. The result can be presented as a 3D model or as a layer-by-layer section of the object in arbitrarily selected projections, which allows the tomograph to be used for reverse engineering purposes. The SURA CT tomography system can be operated in manual or automatic mode.

Control is performed from the control panel or by means of own software "SURA".
