Nitrogen plant TGA-2,38-E-96

Model is used to produce high concentration nitrogen (up to 99.95%) at minimum production cost. It occupies minimal working area and is manufactured for a specific task - generating nitrogen of the required purity, with the required performance margin. It is based on half-fibre membrane nitrogen-oxygen air filters.

This is the most reliable source of nitrogen gas available today. Replacement of membrane nitrogen-oxygen air filters is quick and easy. It is mounted on an open frame - this facilitates easy access to the units and also has a positive effect on its price.

In the basic version, the unit consists of an air treatment system, compressor, gas separation unit and receiver. These units function under the control of an automation system. Specific customer tasks require different variations - adding additional receivers, installing a booster compressor, additional nitrogen purification, specific automation system, and so on.
