It is made with an ellipsoid reflector, covered with colourless glass, mounted on a metal bracket with a photo automatic device fixed on it. It is used for navigation lights on rivers and reservoirs.
The lantern retains its operability at air temperature from -15 C to +40 C.
Navigation lanterns are intended for marking inland navigation routes - marking the axis and edges of the ship's course, dangerous places at the edges of the ship's course, as well as other warnings in the dark time of day, by installing them on navigation signs in accordance with GOST 26600-98 "Navigation signs of inland navigation routes".
