Narrow Laboratory Equipment Storage Cabinet for Efficient Organization

Size 600x400x1950mm. Made of 30x30x1,5mm pipe and 1,0mm thick sheet metal. The cabinet consists of: roof, two sides, two back walls, two doors (upper glass, lower metal), central shelf, three hinged shelves, bottom and frame.

The roof is made in the form of a box. Dimensions of the upper door are 1049x596mm. The door is made of 4mm thick glass.

The door is fitted with a railing handle with an inter-centre distance of 320mm. The hinged shelf is made of 1.0mm thick sheet. Complex profile bending is used in the manufacture of the shelf.

A bend is made in the front part of the workpiece. On the other three sides there are bends of 20mm each. There are 5 holes of 30mm diameter in the workpiece for air intake when the hood is switched on.

Bottom The overall dimensions are 600x400x30mm. It is made of cold-rolled sheet with thickness of 1.0mm. The shelf is manufactured using complex profile bending.

On all four sides there are bends to increase rigidity. The frame is made of 30x30x1.5mm section. The frame is welded without visible welds.
