MVS-195 Medium-Speed Roller Mill for Efficient Operation

Mill roller mill medium-walking MVS-195 is designed for grinding to pulverised state of hard coal. The mill is installed at thermal power plants and is designed for continuous operation under pressure in the dust preparation system of the thermal power plant. The mill consists of the following main components: foundation frames, covers, housing, failure hopper, nozzle ring, middle part, separator, dust divider, reducer, grinding table, grinding table seal, grinding rolls, hydraulic equipment, electrical equipment.

Coal is fed to the grinding table of the mill through the centre pipe of the separator. The feed material is crushed in the mill between the rotating horizontal grinding table and rolls. The grinding process is mainly crushing.

Partial abrasion due to the different circumferential velocities of the rolls and the grinding table gives an additional effect in coal grinding.
