Control of pupil reaction to light.
- Care: bathing, dressing, combing hair, washing the face, treatment of ears, mouth.
- Respiratory system (mouth, nose, tongue, lips, larynx, oesophagus, epiglottis, trachea) enables intubation, sputum suctioning, oxygen inhalation.
- Feeding through a probe (mouth, nose).
- Venepuncture, intravenous injections, blood transfusion.
- Intramuscular injection into the deltoid muscle, thigh and buttock muscles.
- Placement of enema, insertion of rectal suppository.
- Catheterisation of the bladder.
- Musculoskeletal system: joint flexion, rotation, bending and twisting.
- Colon, small bowel and bladder stoma care.
