Multi-Position Workout Station BF-104 for Effective Muscle Training

Purpose: effective workout of the muscles of the upper shoulder girdle, arms, back, legs using different types of handles. The design of the trainer includes four independent stations: a block for pulling from above, a block for pulling from below and a triceps station. The top pulling block has adjustable support rollers for fixing the legs.Category S: professional.

Main supporting structure: profile tube 60x60x3 mm, 80x40x3 mm. Painted with powder paint. Stack: 21 plates weighing 5kg each with plastic bushings for silent movement.

6 mm thick PVC braided rope with a breaking force of 800 kg. The rope fixation allows changing its length and tension. The thrust rollers are made of polyurethane foam (PU).

Seat: base - 12-15 mm thick plywood, filler - 40 mm thick shrink-free polyethylene with high quality vinyl-skin lining. The supports have rubber feet. The simulator does not require fixing to the floor.
