Multi-Disc Stone Cutting Machine "Prima 7" for Natural Stone Processing

Multidisc machine "Prima-7" is designed for cutting blocks and slabs of natural stone from quarry massifs. Obtained by the machine business stone is widely used in housing and road construction. The main working tools of this high-performance machine are cutting disc saws with wear-resistant polycrystalline diamond plates (PCD), which are capable of cutting natural stone with strength up to 40 MPa (limestone, coquina, tuff). The versatile, yet compact assembly allows the machine to be used on quarries of any size and shape. When additional disc saws are installed, the machine is capable of cutting slabs 50-100 mm thick. All transmissions of the machine are in hermetically sealed housings, which prevent dust ingress and significantly increase the service life of the equipment.
