Straw choppers "TORNADO" are designed for installation on combines "Don-1500", "NIVA", "Yenisei" of any year of production.
Factors determining the advantage of TORNADO choppers in comparison with choppers of other manufacturers:
-increased to 160mm diameter of the drum shaft, providing high reliability and durability of the shredder, wear-resistant knives made of 65G steel with double-sided sharpening and volume hardening;
-excellent balancing of the drum with the help of electronic balancing stand;
-details of the shredder body are cut on a portal plasma machine, providing high precision of assembly.
Two-row self-aligning ball bearings ensure stable operation;
-weight of TORNADO shredders is considerably less than that of other manufacturers, therefore the load on the rear part of the combine is considerably reduced;
