Modular nitrogen compressor station TGA-1/3 E96

Block-modular nitrogen station is a generator of compressed gaseous nitrogen with purity up to 99.9%, consisting of one or more units. Each unit is enclosed in a standard sea container (20- or 40-foot container). The number of units and the contents of each unit are determined by the purpose of the plant. The modular nitrogen compressor unit TGA-1/3 E96 is placed in a sea container, acts as a generator of high-pressure gaseous nitrogen, is used in the oil and gas industry in service works and operations, in the inertisation of pipelines and tanks, in the fire extinguishing of coal seams. Nitrogen station consists of the following main blocks: air treatment system, air compression system (compressor, compressor drive), nitrogen-oxygen filtration unit, station automation, station room.
