The model is designed for training of pleural cavity puncture and liver abscess. The model can be in a horizontal or semi-sitting position. It is made of soft material with respect to all anatomical features. Anatomical landmarks: clavicles, axillae, intercostal spaces, ribs, etc. They are accessible by palpation and help in determining the puncture site. If the liver abscess is successfully punctured, a "purulent discharge" may be extracted.
