Description
Mobile steam generating unit on a truck chassis is designed to produce wet saturated steam of secondary boiling with operating parameters: Capacity 1600-2500 kg/h. Steam pressure 0,78-15,69 MPa Fuel: diesel/gas Application area of the unit: - removal of hydratoparaffin deposits in pipelines by saturated steam; - heating and steam cleaning of gas condensate rectification columns; - dewaxing of pipe fittings of bottomhole zones of wells; - intensification of oil production by steam injection into oil reservoirs; - cleaning of internal surfaces of tanks and pipelines from bitumen, fuel oil, naphtha, paraffin and other residual chemical products; - thermal treatment of mining operations of coal mines in winter time; - drying of timber; - technological processes of food and agricultural industry; - steaming of reinforced concrete products; - heating of bulk cargoes (crushed stone sand) in winter time
