Mobile steam generating unit on truck chassis (Ural 4320, 43206, 5557, 55571/Kamaz 43502, 43118, 5350, 65111, 65115) is designed to produce wet saturated steam of secondary boiling with operating parameters:
Capacity 1600-2500 kg/h.
Steam pressure 0,78-15,69 MPa
Fuel: diesel/gas
Application area of the plant:
- removal by saturated steam of hydratoparaffin deposits in pipelines;
- heating and steam cleaning of gas condensate rectification columns;
- dewaxing of pipe fittings in bottom-hole zones of wells;
- intensification of oil production by injecting steam into oil reservoirs;
- cleaning of internal surfaces of tanks and pipelines from bitumen, fuel oil, naphtha, paraffin and other residual chemical products;
- thermal treatment of mining operations of coal mines in winter time;
- drying of timber;
- technological processes of food and agricultural industry;
- steaming of reinforced concrete products
