The unit is designed for:
- pumping of oil, oil products, water, etc. during scheduled and emergency-recovery works on the linear part of main oil pipelines, oil product pipelines and oil pumping stations;
- collecting oil and petroleum products from open earthen pits and pumping them into trunk pipelines;
- filling trunk oil pipelines with water from open ponds in preparation for hydraulic testing.
The oil pumping units are allowed to operate in explosion hazardous areas
