Mobile Grain Unloader for Trucks, RAP-60-U for Efficient Bulk Material Handling

The mobile unloader is designed for mechanised unloading of grain, its processed products, as well as other bulk materials through the open side board of single vehicles, road trains with a trailer without their unhitching through the open side board. RAP-60-U is a 10-metre long lifting platform mounted on a frame and provides mechanised unloading of grain and other bulk materials. The principle of operation is as follows: On an inclined entrance ramp, a flatbed truck with a maximum load capacity of 60 tonnes is driven onto the lifting platform.

The operator opens the side walls of the vehicle and raises the platform to the necessary height to ensure the unloading of raw materials by gravity. The platform reaches its maximum height in 90 seconds. The load is discharged by gravity into the hopper or onto the floor of the grain tank.

During tilting the wheels of the vehicle are secured with wheel chocks. Single vehicles with side walls and road trains with trailers can interact with the unloader.
