Description

Purpose: The Expedition Silo is designed for short-term storage of non-tracking grain crops with a volumetric weight of up to 800kg/m3 (used to create batches of grain crops for quick shipment) or for long-term storage if required. The silo provides reliable protection of grain crops from the effects of bad weather, from spoilage by rodents and birds. Advantages: <ol> <li>The silo is made of corrugated galvanised sheets of high-strength rolled metal with galvanising depth not less than 450 gr/m2 with external stiffening ribs.</li> <li>Assembly of the silo is made by high-strength bolts of strength class 8.8 and 10.9 with plastic washers to ensure tightness and strength of the silo.

3.</li> <li>Laser markings on the parts and instructions with 3D views speed up and facilitate silo assembly.</li> <li>The silo design is designed to withstand the loads of high precipitation regions: 5 snow region (320kg/m2) and 2 wind region (31kg/m2 (80km/hour)), which is superior to imported technologies in withstanding loads.</li> <li>Silo design prevents water and snow from entering the silo interior.</li> <li>Availability of sampling place for monitoring the condition of the product.</li> <li>The silo is equipped with a service ladder from the observation platform to the roof.</li> <li>The silo set includes membrane type sensors for measuring the upper and lower levels of the product.</li> </ol>.
