- Medium load rack SGR-V-DSP consists of frames (prefabricated construction of two posts connected by horizontal and inclined ties), longitudinal beams with fastening to the posts on hooks and chipboard planking placed on longitudinal beams.
The technology of beam attachment to the posts is boltless, on hooks. This approach significantly reduces the time of assembly and installation of the rack. The design allows changing the position of the shelves without dismantling the whole section.
The storage tier includes two longitudinal beams connected by cross beams and chipboard planking.
Additional sections can be attached to the racking frame by means of a hitch.
The load characteristics of the additional sections remain unchanged.</li> <li>The permissible minimum number of storage tiers per section is at least three.</li> <li>To prevent accidental removal of the tier beams from the frames, there is a locking device installed at the end of assembly in the rectangular hole of each hook.</li> </ul>.
