Description
The installation of mechanised bottom ash removal TZ00131189MCH (hereinafter referred to as SHU) is installed under the boiler operating on solid fuel and is designed for liquid removal of combustion products (bottom ash). The SHU consists of a primary screw conveyor mounted together with the drive on a separate frame, a secondary screw conveyor mounted together with the drive on a separate frame and a slagging box. Technical water for cooling the incoming slag is supplied to the SHU. Also, water poured into the SHU, serves as a water trap, excluding air inflow into the boiler.
