MAX-500 Welding Machine for Dual-Station Manual Arc Welding

Designed for use as an autonomous two-post welding complex for manual arc welding, cutting and cladding of metal with direct current with a range of adjustment of each post 30-250 A.Produced in climatic version "U" category of placement "1" according to GOST 15150 and designed for outdoor work in the field. Provides nominal parameters when working at an altitude not more than 1000 m above sea level at ambient air temperature from minus 45C to plus 40C and relative air humidity not more than 80% at 15C. It is used in pipeline construction, road laying, development of new fields, repair works, etc.

It is equipped with remote control panels. It is equipped with remote control panels for each welding station. It can work in two modes: MAIN and ECO.

If it is necessary to remove residual magnetisation of the welded product, this unit can be used to supply the magnetic field compensation belt KMP-2.
