Material Loading Tray Installation Device for Conveyor Systems – Enhance Material Flow and Dust Control

Feeding chute is designed to form the flow of material fed to the conveyor and to limit dusting. It is installed in the places of conveyor loading or along the whole length of the conveyor, if the transported material is very dusty. It consists of a set of assemblies such as posts, boards, covers, connected by bolted joints.

The sides have rubber "skirts" limiting dusting and spillage of material. Nodes of the loading chute are made as welded structures or as separate parts. The design and dimensions of the loading chute depend on the characteristics of the conveyor (belt width, productivity, transport speed, etc.), the transported cargo (size of material pieces, moisture, etc.) and the layout of the conveyor itself and other technological equipment.
