Description

Marmite 2 dishes MEP-2B/LP Lira-Profi is designed for short-term preservation in a hot state of second courses, sauces and side dishes in gastro containers and their distribution to the consumer.
Heating method of gastro containers - dry hot air. Smooth temperature control up to 85C, at the bottom of the neutral cabinet for storing
kitchen equipment. It is completed with two upper shelves for plates, gastro containers with a lid and guides for trays.
Marmite is installed at catering enterprises independently or as part of a technological distribution line.
