The four row maize harvester is a modernised classic model with a reinforced closed chain drive, hydraulic control of the tear-off plates and a terrain following system. Thanks to the cutterbar and the terrain following system, it has been possible to achieve a minimum cut, increase harvesting speed and make the cutterbar easier to operate. The forward position of the chopper cutting unit, which is offset from the centre of the cutterbar, enables efficient chopping of the leaf mass and mowing of up to 80% of the weeds in the row spacing. The innovative design of the pulling rollers, with additionally installed undercutting knives for cutting through crop residues during pulling, ensures faster composting and effective pest protection. The intelligent cutterbar design provides easy access to components, minimises maintenance costs and has the ability to change the position of the drive from upper to lower.
