Magnetic reed position sensor DPM-2 is designed for blocking gates, railway containers, hangars, car doors, lifts and other structural elements of buildings and structures made of magnetically conductive materials (steel, cast iron, galvanised iron, etc.) and non-magnetically conductive materials, for opening or displacement with signal output by opening (switching) dry contact reed switch, as well as in automation systems of various devices. The reed switch unit can be manufactured with NAMUR contacts, providing logical recognition of typical line faults: open circuit and short circuit (short circuit) in accordance with IEC60947-5-6 standard. The design of sensors is two-unit (reed switch unit, magnet unit).

The housings of the 0-th series (version 07) are made of plastic. Design features - floor-mounted. Type of output - metal hose.
