Magnetic Particle Inspection System ErMag 3000 KO for Non-Destructive Testing

Magnetic powder flaw detector ErMag 3000 KO with automatic frontal loading and unloading of axles of wheel pairs of wagons and locomotives. It is designed for non-destructive testing by magnetic-powder method of parts made of ferromagnetic alloys up to 3000 mm long in accordance with GOST R 56512-2015, GOST R ISO 9934-1-2011, GOST R ISO 9934-2-2011. The flaw detector provides detection of surface and subsurface longitudinal and transverse defects with a minimum opening width of 2 microns and more. The flaw detector realises control of the whole surface of ferromagnetic alloy parts accessible for visual inspection.
