The simulator is a model of the human torso and is designed to practice the technique of puncture and drainage of the pleural cavity in pneumothorax and hydrothorax.

Anatomical landmarks of clinical importance during manipulation are reproduced:
clavicle;
sternoclavicular-papillary muscle;
ribs.
It is possible to install various drainage systems (siphon underwater drainage according to Bülau, PleurEvac devices, etc.).
