Lowering device, 11 tonnes capacity, designed for launching and hoisting a fully enclosed cable launching lifeboat in the Arctic version with a capacity of 65 persons (the lifeboat can also be used as a standby lifeboat), providing safe launching of a manned lifeboat and a fully loaded lifeboat with vessel trim to 10 degrees and roll to 20 degrees to either side of the vessel
