It is made of steel-bronze strip produced by applying molten bronze alloy of 112 grade (CuPb24Sn3) to a continuously moving strip of non-corrosion-resistant steel, the bronze surface is electroplated with a soft electrolytic coating, three-component lead-based alloy, the inner and outer surface of the liner is covered with a thin protective layer of tin.
