Auxiliary switchboard is a low-voltage complete unit of floor-standing design consisting of several prefabricated cabinets with all internal electrical and mechanical connections and installed in them low-voltage switching devices, control, measurement, monitoring, signalling and protection devices.

The control switchboard is designed to supply alternating current to various consumers of the substation auxiliary system, to create repair schemes for consumers, to protect against abnormal modes and faults in the 0,4kV network, to automatically switch on the reserve in case of voltage loss on one of the sections and the presence of voltage on the other.
