Low Dropout Voltage Regulator GM1117S (MIK1117S) for Efficient Power Management

GM1117S (MIK1117S) is made from the S1117MMK crystal and is a positive voltage regulator with low voltage drop. The device is available in adjustable output voltage and fixed output voltage versions from 1.5V to 5.0V. All internal circuitry is designed to operate at up to 800mV difference between input and output voltage, and the voltage drop is fully defined as a function of load current. The GM1117S (MIK1117S) is available in standard SOT-223 packages.
