Description
1 Conducting cores - single-wire from copper soft round wire with nominal diameter 0,4, 0,5, 0,64 and 0,70 mm.
2 Insulation - solid from insulating polyethylene;
Insulated cores are twisted in pairs with a pitch of not more than 80 mm.
Nominal number of pairs in the cable: 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 ? 100.
Pairs are twisted in five or ten-pair elementary bundles.
3 Core - twisted from elementary bundles of different colours. The free space of the core is filled with hydrophobic filler.
4 Belt insulation - polyethylene terephthalate film, foamed polypropylene tape.
A layer of hydrophobic filler is laid on top of the belt insulation.
5 Shield - aluminopolyethylene tape with aluminium layer of nominal thickness not less than 0,08 mm with tinned copper wire laid under it.
6 Sheath - polyethylene.
