Description
1 Conducting cores - single-wire from copper soft round wire with nominal diameter 0,90 and 1,20 mm.
2 Insulation - polyethylene.
3 Core - twisted from four insulated cores around a cordel-filler.
In a quadruple, two cores arranged diagonally form a working pair, the insulation of the cores of the first pair of the quadruple has a natural colour, the second pair - blue.
The free space of the core is filled with hydrophobic filler.
4 Belt insulation - of extruded polyethylene.
5 Shield - aluminium or aluminopolyethylene tape, nominal thickness of aluminium shield not less than 0,08 mm with tinned copper wire laid under it.
6 Armour - overlaid over the screen is armour made of steel tape of nominal thickness of 0.1 mm with bituminous coating.
7 Sheath - polyethylene.
