Large Cyanoacrylate Detection Chamber for Identifying Invisible Traces

Large cyanoacrylate camera (hereinafter referred to as the camera) is designed to detect invisible traces on various objects - trace carriers using cyanoacrylates. The design of the chamber includes: <ul> <li>- cyanoacrylate glue heating system with the possibility of setting the heating temperature from 20 to 120°C and automatic maintenance of the set temperature value;</li> <li>system of air humidification up to the value of not less than 80% and automatic maintenance of the set value of humidity;</li> <li>a fan for creating conditions of uniform fumigation in the internal volume of the chamber;</li> <li>double air purification system containing an air blower, water and carbon filters.</li> </ul>Detection of hidden traces by means of fumigation with cyanoacrylate vapours is carried out in a closed volume of the chamber in conditions of control of cyanoacrylate glue heating temperature and air humidity, at normal atmospheric pressure (without vacuum). The chamber consists of two parts: an evaporation chamber and a pedestal.
