Study of reciprocating compressor operation process and its main characteristics: real compressor cycle, pressure inside the cylinder, crankshaft speed. List of works to be performed on the training stand: <ul> <li>- Study of the design and principle of operation of the reciprocating compressor</li> <li>Experimental construction of a real compressor cycle by continuously measuring the pressure inside the compressor cylinder at different crankshaft speeds.</li> <li>Determination of the main technical parameters of the compressor (capacity, power, efficiency)</li> <li>Experimental removal of the volumetric characteristic of the reciprocating compressor at different crankshaft speeds.</li> <li>Determination of pressure losses throughout the system of the reciprocating compressor</li> </ul>
