Conveyor scraper type KC for food industry (KC-200)

Conveyors scraper (chain) are designed for horizontal, hollow inclined, horizontally inclined transport of grain and grain products. Conveyor control is automatic, remote. The conveyor consists of driving and tensioning stations, drive, loading and unloading spigots, traction organ (chain) with partially rubberised scrapers stretched between two sprockets located in the driving and tensioning stations, sensors of product back pressure and chain breakage, mounting hardware. Conveyor box of rectangular shape, consists of sections of two types - passing and unloading. The principle of operation of the conveyor is based on continuous dragging of the product on the box with the help of chain with scrapers.
