Knee joint apparatus

Knee joint apparatus serves to fix the knee joint in a given position during walking and sitting to ensure locomotor functions and mobility in the joint of the affected lower limb, as well as to protect the knee joint from lateral movements and excessive extension. Apparatus on the knee joint is used in false joint of the lower leg in the upper third, after inflammatory processes (osteomyelitis); after operations on the bones of the lower leg or in the area of the knee joint, looseness and deformities of the knee joint.
