K-330-23.5-R Steam Turbine - Three-Cylinder Condensing Model for Energy Efficiency

Three-cylinder condensing turbine with intermediate steam superheating and advanced regenerative feedwater heating system. The CFD is of reactive type, the CFD has 18 stages, of which the first stage is regulating. The starting scheme is double-bypass. The turbine allows steam extraction for auxiliary needs of the power plant in addition to regeneration extraction. High indicators of efficiency and reliability of steam turbines are provided by: -aerodynamic experimental tests of blades confirming their reliability and efficiency; -smooth meridial contours of the flowing part; -checks of the blade design by CFD methods; -three-dimensional profiling of guide vanes -Optimisation of vapour inlets, withdrawals and exhausts by CFD methods; -new advanced seal designs; -introduction of modern progressive design methods, technologies and equipment.
